Am 6. Dezember 2024<\/p>\n

Zahlreiche Studierende aus Ost und West haben sich auch dieses Jahr wieder am Karmapa International Buddhist Institute (KIBI) zum j\u00e4hrlichen \u00f6ffentlichen Meditationskurs versammelt, der am 1. Dezember 2024 begann.<\/p>\n

Jeden Tag leitet Thaye Dorje, Seine Heiligkeit der 17. Gyalwa Karmapa, die letzte der vier t\u00e4glichen Mediationseinheiten. Er beginnt normalerweise mit einem Gespr\u00e4ch \u00fcber den Dharma und beantwortet die Fragen der Studierenden. Anschlie\u00dfend leitet er eine Tschenresi-Praxis an, den Aspekt der Meditationspraxis, der Ausdruck des erwachten Mitgef\u00fchls ist. Die Sitzungen mit Karmapa werden auf dieser Seite<\/a> live \u00fcbertragen.<\/p>\n

Zus\u00e4tzlich zu Karmapas Beitr\u00e4gen gibt der ehrw\u00fcrdige Drup\u00f6n Nyigyam Rinpoche vom Sharminub Retreat-Zentrum in Kathmandu am Morgen die Sojong-Gel\u00fcbde an Teilnehmende, die sich in dieser Praxis engagieren m\u00f6chten. Er gibt auch Anweisungen zur Praxis der Mandala-Opferungen, der dritten der vier vorbereitenden \u00dcbungen (Ng\u00f6ndro).<\/p>\n

Desweiteren gibt der Ehrw\u00fcrdige Khenpo Tsering Samdrup Erkl\u00e4rungen zum \u201cGanges Mahamudra\u201d von Tilopa. Der Ehrw\u00fcrdige Khenpo Chochok setzt seine Unterweisungen \u00fcber das Gyu Lama (Uttaratantra Shastra), die Abhandlung \u00fcber die h\u00f6chste Kontinuit\u00e4t, fort.<\/p>\n

De nombreux \u00e9tudiants d\u2019Orient et d\u2019Occident se sont de nouveau r\u00e9unis cette ann\u00e9e au Karmapa International Buddhist Institute (KIBI) pour le stage annuel public de m\u00e9ditation, qui a d\u00e9but\u00e9 le 1\u1d49\u02b3 d\u00e9cembre 2024.<\/p>

Chaque jour, Thay\u00e9 Dorj\u00e9, Sa Saintet\u00e9 le XVII\u1d49 Gyalwa Karmapa, dirige la derni\u00e8re des quatre sessions quotidiennes. Il commence g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement la session par une discussion sur le Dharma et il r\u00e9pond aux questions des \u00e9tudiants, puis il guide une pratique de Chenrezik, l\u2019aspect de la m\u00e9ditation qui est l\u2019expression de la compassion \u00e9veill\u00e9e. En plus des interventions de Karmapa, le v\u00e9n\u00e9rable drup\u00f6n<\/em> Nyigyam Rinpoch\u00e9, du centre de retraite de Sharminub \u00e0 Katmandou, conf\u00e8re le matin les disciplines de sojong<\/em> aux participants qui souhaitent s\u2019engager dans cette pratique. Il donne \u00e9galement des instructions sur la troisi\u00e8me des quatre pratiques pr\u00e9liminaires (ng\u00f6ndros<\/em>), l\u2019offrande du mandala.<\/p>

En outre, le v\u00e9n\u00e9rable khenpo<\/em> Ts\u00e9ring Samdrup donne des explications sur le Mahamudra du Gange de Tilopa<\/em>, et le v\u00e9n\u00e9rable khenpo<\/em> Chochok poursuit son enseignement sur le Gyu Lama (Uttaratantra Shastra), le Trait\u00e9 de la continuit\u00e9 supr\u00eame.
