Die Zeit nach Losar gilt als sehr g\u00fcnstig f\u00fcr die Dharmapraxis.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Die Praxis ist ein starkes Mittel zur Reinigung und basiert auf der <strong>Einhaltung von Fasten- und Schweigegel\u00fcbden<\/strong>. Die Gel\u00fcbde werden am ersten Tag teilweise und am zweiten vollst\u00e4ndig genommen, am Morgen des dritten Tages enden sie. Durch diese Gel\u00fcbde werden die Grunds\u00e4tze des ethischen Verhaltens von K\u00f6rper, Rede und Geist, die verletzt wurden, wiederhergestellt und fr\u00fchere Fehler und sch\u00e4dliche Handlungen gereinigt. Dar\u00fcber hinaus tr\u00e4gt die Praxis der Gel\u00fcbde dazu bei, Konfliktsituationen und Spannungen in der Welt zu befrieden.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Diese Praxis<\/strong> <strong>vereint alle Aspekte des Dharma<\/strong> sowie die Essenz der drei Fahrzeuge. Die Einhaltung ethischer Gel\u00fcbde, das Bodhisattva-Geistestraining (Entwicklung von Liebe und Mitgef\u00fchl) und die Anwendung der geschickten und tiefgr\u00fcndigen Mittel des Vajrayana. Februar bis zum 2. M\u00e4rz <strong>1980<\/strong> stattgefunden haben. Die ersten Retreats wurden von Lama Zimpenla, Karmapas Haush\u00e4lter, geleitet, der von Lama Purtsela begleitet wurde. Am 18. Februar <strong>1983<\/strong> gab der Ehrw\u00fcrdige Kalu Rinpoche vor dem Nyung-ne-Retreat die Initiation des Elfgesichtigen und Tausendarmigen Chenrezik.&nbsp; In den Jahren <strong>1986<\/strong> und <strong>1987<\/strong> wurde die Praxis von Anila Tsewang Cheudreun geleitet, die ein Retreat von 108 Nyung-Ne absolviert hatte. Dann leitete Lama Purtsela die Praxis von <strong>1988<\/strong> bis <strong>1990<\/strong>, und ab <strong>1991<\/strong> waren es die Lamas, die aus dem Retreat kamen.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Thaye Dorje, Seine Heiligkeit der 17. Karmapa, ermutigt seine Sch\u00fclerinnen und Sch\u00fcler regelm\u00e4\u00dfig, dieser Praxis zu folgen. <strong>An seinem Geburtstag am 6. Mai 2018 bat er sie, <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">die Teilnahme an der Nyung-ne-Praxis in Betracht zu ziehen. Januar 2020, weniger als zwei Monate vor dem Beginn der weltweiten Welle von Covid-19-bedingten Einschr\u00e4nkungen, schrieb <strong>Karmapa in einem Ton der Dringlichkeit :<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Derzeit befindet sich eine gro\u00dfe Anzahl von Menschen auf der ganzen Welt in einer Situation, in der ihr Leben ernsthaft bedroht ist. Deshalb rufe ich alle Praktizierenden auf, mit einer Stimme zum edlen Tschenresi zu beten und die Praxis des Nyung-ne-Fastens anzusammeln. Lors de son anniversaire le 6 mai <strong>2018<\/strong>, il leur demande :<\/span><\/p>\r\n<blockquote>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">d\u2019envisager de participer \u00e0 la pratique des <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">nyoung-n\u00e9s<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Cette pratique profonde de Chenrezik \u00e0 mille bras, le Bouddha de la compassion, est tr\u00e8s b\u00e9n\u00e9fique, non seulement pour le pratiquant, mais aussi pour le Bouddha-Dharma en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, et pour notre lign\u00e9e kagy\u00fc en particulier.\u00bb<\/span><\/p>\r\n<\/blockquote>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version=\"4.27.4\" _module_preset=\"default\" hover_enabled=\"0\" global_colors_info=\"{}\" theme_builder_area=\"post_content\" sticky_enabled=\"0\"]<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Puis, le <strong>29 janvier 2020<\/strong>, moins de deux mois avant le d\u00e9but de la vague mondiale de confinements li\u00e9s au Covid-19, <strong>Karmapa<\/strong> \u00e9crit sur un ton d\u2019urgence :<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><\/p>\r\n<blockquote>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Actuellement, un grand nombre de personnes dans le monde se trouvent dans une situation o\u00f9 leur vie est gravement menac\u00e9e. C'est pourquoi j'appelle tous les pratiquants \u00e0 prier d'une seule voix le noble Chenrezik et \u00e0 accumuler la pratique du je\u00fbne de <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">nyoung-n\u00e9s<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.
