Gyalwa Karmapa Rangjung Rigpe Dorje<\/a> am 5. November 1981 wurde seine Reinkarnation&nbsp; am 6. Mai 1983 im Barkor-Viertel von Lhasa geboren. Die Reinkarnation wurde sp\u00e4ter vom 14. K\u00fcnzig Shamarpa anerkannt.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Sein Vater, der 3. Mipham Rinpoche<\/strong>, ist eine Emanation von Manjushri und die Reinkarnation des 1. Mipham Rinpoche, eines bekannten Nyingma-Meisters und einflussreichen Gelehrten. Mipham Rinpoche verbrachte dreizehn Jahre in Zur\u00fcckgezogenheit in Junyung Gompa, seinem Kloster in Tibet, wo er neben vielen anderen Praktiken, 2.000&nbsp; Nyoung-n\u00e9, das Ritual des tausendarmigen Chenrezik, vollzog.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Seine Mutter, D\u00e9chen Wangmo,<\/strong> stammt aus einer Familie von sehr hingebungsvollen Dharma-Praktizierenden aus der Region Kham. Als sie im vierten Monat schwanger war und in Lhasa lebte, musste ihr Mann, Mipham Rinpoche, verreisen, da er spirituelle Verpflichtungen in Kham hatte.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201eEr gab mir sehr genaue Anweisungen, die ich befolgen sollte, wie z.B. ausschlie\u00dflich vegetarisch zu essen, W\u00fcnsche zu machen, um die Stupa zu gehen und sehr vorsichtig zu sein, damit alles f\u00fcr das Kind und f\u00fcr mich gut l\u00e4uft\u201c, erinnerte sie sich in einem Interview mit<strong> Dhagpo Kundreul Ling im Jahr 2004. <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Als ich mit Seiner Heiligkeit schwanger war, tr\u00e4umte ich von einem sehr gro\u00dfen Mann mit einem langen wei\u00dfen Bart. Ich wusste nicht, wer das war, also fragte ich Mipham Rinpoche. Er sagte mir, dass dies ein sehr g\u00fcnstiges Zeichen sei und dass ich weiterhin W\u00fcnsche machen sollte. Nach zehn Monaten und zehn Tagen brachte ich Karmapa im Krankenhaus zur Welt. Die Krankenschwester und der Arzt sagten mir, dass es zum Zeitpunkt der Geburt kein Blut gab, sondern eine wei\u00dfe Fl\u00fcssigkeit, die wie Wasser aussah. Mipham Rinpoche hatte darauf bestanden, dass mein Vater an meiner Seite sein sollte. Er sagte mir, dass es an diesem Tag Regenb\u00f6gen gegeben habe.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Schon in jungen Jahren gab Karmapa, der damals als Tenzin Khyentse bekannt war, bei mehreren Gelegenheiten Hinweise auf seine Identit\u00e4t. Wie D\u00e9chen Wangmo in dem oben zitierten Interview und in dem Dokumentarfilm <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.karmapa-news.org\/karmapa-documentary-project-online-shop\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">From Youth to Mastery<\/span><\/i><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> berichtet: <\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Als Karmapa noch nicht einmal ein Jahr alt war, waren wir in Lhasa. Eines Tages war ich mit der Schwester des 16. Karmapa, Dorje Kandro, zusammen. Wir unterhielten uns bei einer Tasse Tee und der Karmapa lag in meinen Armen. Als er sie sah, leuchtete sein ganzes Gesicht vor Freude. &#8218;Wer bist du, was hast du?&#8216;, fragte sie ihn. Er hob seine Arme und sagte: &#8218;Ich bin der Karmapa&#8216;. Wir waren beide \u00fcberrascht, dass er sprechen konnte, und Dorje Kandro war sehr ger\u00fchrt. Sie glaubte sofort, dass es stimmte, sie war sich sicher, dass er es war. Der 16. Karmapa hatte ihr gesagt, dass sie sich bestimmt wieder treffen w\u00fcrden\u2026 Dorje Kandro fertigte sehr sch\u00f6ne Gew\u00e4nder f\u00fcr Seine Heiligkeit an, sehr weich und aus wundersch\u00f6nen Stoffen. Sie war sehr gl\u00fccklich und bat mich, sehr gut auf den Karmapa aufzupassen. Er war ein sehr braves, sanftes Kind, das nie w\u00fctend wurde. Er war wirklich die ganze Zeit \u00fcber nett zu seinen Eltern.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">D\u00e9chen Wangmo gebar einen <strong>zweiten Sohn, S\u00f6nam Tsemo Rinpoche,<\/strong> der als 8. Reinkarnation des gro\u00dfen Meisters und einer der Gr\u00fcnderv\u00e4ter der Sakya-Tradition anerkannt wurde.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">W\u00f6rtlich \u00fcbersetzt bedeutet <strong>Karmapa \u201ederjenige<\/strong>, der die Aktivit\u00e4t aller Buddhas verwirklicht\u201c, um den f\u00fchlenden Wesen zu helfen. In einer Belehrung im August 2018 erkl\u00e4rte Lama Jigme Rinpoche: <\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Karmapa ist jenseits unserer gew\u00f6hnlichen Vorstellung. Er ist kein gew\u00f6hnliches Individuum wie Sie und ich. Wenn wir praktizieren, ist die Rolle des Segens von entscheidender Bedeutung. Er wirkt sich darauf aus, wie wir die Dinge sehen und verstehen. Dieser Segen hat seinen Ursprung in der Qualit\u00e4t dieser &#8218;gro\u00dfen Wesen&#8216;. Wenn wir praktizieren, stellen wir einen Kontakt zwischen der Qualit\u00e4t dieser &#8218;gro\u00dfen Wesen&#8216; und uns selbst her. Dieser Kontakt ist eine Unterst\u00fctzung auf unserem Weg. Die &#8218;gro\u00dfen Wesen&#8216; beziehen sich auf Bodhisattvas wie den Gyalwa Karmapa oder Tschenresi, d.h. Wesen, die vollst\u00e4ndig von Unwissenheit befreit sind und deren einziges Ziel das Wohlergehen jeden f\u00fchlenden Lebens ist, was auch immer es sein mag.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Das Wesen des Erwachens und das Bewahren der Linie liegt jenseits unseres gew\u00f6hnlichen Begreifens. W\u00e4hrend seine menschliche Gestalt uns dazu verleiten k\u00f6nnte, ihn als eigenst\u00e4ndiges Individuum wahrzunehmen, betrachten ihn die Praktizierenden im Himalaya als den \u201eBuddha Karmapa\u201c (Sangye Karmapa). Im 12. Jahrhundert beschrieb der <a href=\"https:\/\/www.karmapa.org\/karma-kagyu\/lives\/1st-karmapa-dusum-khyenpa\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">1. Karmapa D\u00fcsum Khyenpa,<\/a> ein Sch\u00fcler von <a href=\"https:\/\/www.karmapa.org\/karma-kagyu\/lives\/gampopa\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Gampopa<\/a>, vor seinem Tod die Umst\u00e4nde seiner Wiedergeburt. Der 2. Karmapa, Karma Pakshi (1204-1283), wurde als seine Reinkarnation anerkannt, was den Beginn der ersten Tradition von wiedergeborenen Lamas in Tibet markierte. Seitdem manifestierten sich <a href=\"https:\/\/www.karmapa.org\/karma-kagyu\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">die Karmapas<\/a> in einer ununterbrochenen Folge von Reinkarnationen bis zum heutigen Tag.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Historisch gesehen ist es <strong>eine der zentralen Verantwortungen des Shamarpa<\/strong>, die Authentizit\u00e4t und Reinheit der Kagy\u00fc-Linie zu bewahren und in dieser F\u00e4higkeit die wahre Emanation des Karmapa zu finden. 1996 erkl\u00e4rte Mipham Ch\u00f6kyi Lodr\u00f6, Seine Heiligkeit der 14. Shamarpa, bei einem Karma-Kagy\u00fc-Treffen im KIBI (Karmapa International Buddhist Institute) in Neu-Delhi: <\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Der Prozess des Erkennens und Bestimmens einer Inkarnation ist eine rein spirituelle Praxis. Das Erkennen von Inkarnationen ist eine erleuchtete Aktivit\u00e4t.<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: right;\"><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">(Tendrel, Ausgabe 41, August 1996)<\/span><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Dieser Prozess<\/strong> begann 1986, als der Karmapa gerade einmal drei Jahre alt war. Es gab Hinweise von Sakya-Meister <a href=\"https:\/\/dhagpo.org\/de\/18-choegye-trichen-rinpoche-uebertraegt-wichtige-belehrungen-karmapa\/\">Ch\u00f6gye Trichen Rinpoche<\/a>, von einem verwirklichten spirituellen Sch\u00fcler, der eine detaillierte Vorhersage des 16. Karmapa \u00fcber seine zuk\u00fcnftige Inkarnation erhalten hatte, sowie eine intensive Praxis von Shamarpa am <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Jowo Zamling Karpo<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (Tschenresi-Statue) in Kathmandu und an der Tara-Statue in Pharping (Nepal) sowie ein kontemplatives Retreat. Angesichts der politischen Situation sendete er mit \u00e4u\u00dferster Diskretion au\u00dferdem vertrauensw\u00fcrdige Lehrer wie Lop\u00f6n Tsechu Rinpoche nach Tibet, um das Kind zu treffen. K\u00fcnzig Shamarpa reiste selbst inkognito nach Tibet, um die Reinkarnation zu treffen. Die chinesische \u00dcberwachung verhinderte jedoch, dass er sich dem Jungen oder seinen Eltern auch nur n\u00e4hern konnte. <strong>Am 15. Januar 1994 floh der 17. Karmapa nach Indien<\/strong>, ein Datum, das mit einer Vorhersage des 16. Karmapa \u00fcbereinstimmte: <\/span><\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_testimonial _builder_version=&#8220;4.27.4&#8243; _module_preset=&#8220;default&#8220; global_colors_info=&#8220;{}&#8220; theme_builder_area=&#8220;post_content&#8220;]<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ich werde nicht bleiben. Ich werde mich an weit entfernte Orte begeben &#8211; ich bin mir nicht sicher, wohin -.<br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Um die Folgen des Karmas der Vergangenheit zu verwirklichen.<br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Der Kuckuck kommt im Fr\u00fchling nach Tibet.<br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Eines Tages, wenn die traurige Melodie sechsmal gesungen wird, werden alle, die sich auf mich verlassen, denken:<br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201eWo ist der Mann, Rigdr\u00f6l?\u201c.<br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ist das nicht traurig f\u00fcr alle, die sich auf mich verlassen?<br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Derjenige, der Rigdr\u00f6l hei\u00dft, ist weit und breit bekannt.<br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Die Leute werden sagen: \u201eEr ist nicht da, und wir sind nicht sicher, wo er ist.\u201c<br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In ihrem Herzen verlie\u00df sich die Ente auf den See,<br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">aber der schamlose See machte das Eis zu seinem Partner und wurde versiegelt.<br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In seinem Herzen vertraute der wei\u00dfe L\u00f6we auf den Schneeberg<br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">aber der sch\u00f6ne wei\u00dfe Schneeberg lud das Sonnenlicht als Partner ein.<br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Jetzt werde ich nichts mehr sagen. Es ist nur ein Scherz!<br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Aber wenn die beiden, ein Scherz und eine edle Bedeutung, zusammenkommen,&nbsp;<br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">im Jahr des Vogels, wenn wir den Sieg erringen,<br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">dann werden wir uns gl\u00fccklich und freudig wiedersehen, daf\u00fcr habe ich gebetet.<br \/><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: right;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Prophezeiung von Rangjung Rigpe Dorje, Seine Heiligkeit der 16. Zwei Monate sp\u00e4ter, am <strong>17. M\u00e4rz<\/strong>, leitete <strong>K\u00fcnzig Shamarpa eine \u00f6ffentliche Anerkennungszeremonie<\/strong> f\u00fcr Trinley Thaye Dorje in <strong>Neu Delhi<\/strong> und 1996 f\u00fchrte er in Bodhgaya die traditionelle Haarschneidezeremonie f\u00fcr den 17.Karmapa durch.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Als h\u00f6chster Nirmanakaya befindet sich Karmapa jenseits der Stufe der Ausbildung, aber um das Wohlergehen der Sch\u00fcler und der f\u00fchlenden Wesen zu erreichen, absolvierte er eine umfassende Ausbildung bei bedeutenden Lehrern wie K\u00fcnzig Shamarpa selbst, aber auch Topga Rinpoche, Professor Sempa Dorje und Khenpo Ch\u00f6drak Tenphel Rinpoche, sowohl in den sutrischen als auch in den tantrischen Traditionen des Buddha-Dharma.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Er erhielt die Erm\u00e4chtigungen und \u00dcbertragungen, die seinem Rang entsprachen, um die ununterbrochene \u00dcbertragung der Karma-Kagy\u00fc-Linie fortzusetzen. Shamarpa sorgte auch daf\u00fcr, dass er Belehrungen und \u00dcbertragungen von anderen buddhistischen Linien und gro\u00dfen Meistern wie <a href=\"https:\/\/dhagpo.org\/de\/6-februar-2000-17-karmapa-dhagpo-kundreul-ling-retreat\/\">Chogye Trichen Rinpoche, Luding Khen Rinpoche und Pewar Rinpoche<\/a> erhielt. Dieses besondere Mantra bedeutet w\u00f6rtlich: Karmapa wei\u00df alles. Karmapa kennt die Bed\u00fcrfnisse aller Wesen, und wenn wir uns ihm gegen\u00fcber \u00f6ffnen, kann er unsere W\u00fcnsche durch die Kraft seines Mitgef\u00fchls und die St\u00e4rke seines erleuchteten Geistes erf\u00fcllen. He spent thirteen years in retreat in Junyung Gompa, his monastery in Tibet where, among many other practices, he accomplished two thousand Nyungne rituals of thousand-armed Chenrezig.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>His mother, Dechen Wangmo<\/strong>, from the Kham region, comes from a family of devout Dharma practitioners.\u00a0 When she was four months pregnant and living in Lhasa, her husband Mipham Rinpoche had to leave due to his spiritual responsibilities in Kham.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cHe gave me very precise instructions to follow, like being vegetarian, making many wishes and circumambulations and being very careful so that everything goes well for the child and myself,\u201d she recalled in an interview given at <strong>Dhago Kundreul Ling in 2004<\/strong>. <\/span><\/p><blockquote><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">When I was pregnant with His Holiness, I dreamt of a very tall man with a long beard. I didn\u2019t know who it was, so I asked Mipham Rinpoche. He said that it was a very favorable sign and that I should continue making wishes. After ten months and ten days, I gave birth to Karmapa at the hospital. The nurse and doctor told me that at the time of birth there was no blood but a white liquid, like water. Mipham Rinpoche had insisted that my father be at my side. He told me that there had been rainbows that day.<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Very early on, Karmapa, then known as Tenzin Khyentse, gave hints as to who he was on several occasions. As Dechen Wangmo recounts in the above interview and in the documentary, <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.karmapa-news.org\/karmapa-documentary-project-online-shop\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">From Youth to Mastery.<\/span><\/i><\/a><\/p><blockquote><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">When the Karmapa was not even one year old, we were in Lhasa. One day I was with the sister of the 16th Karmapa, Dorje Kandro. We were chatting over tea, and the Karmapa was in my arms. Upon seeing her the Karmapa beamed all over his face. She asked, \u2018Who are you? What\u2019s the matter with you ?\u2019 He raised his hands and said \u2018I am the Karmapa.\u2019 We were both very surprised that he could speak, and Dorje Kandro was very touched. She immediately believed it was true\u2014she was sure it was him. The 16th Karmapa had told her that they would certainly meet again. Dorje Kandro made beautiful clothes for His Holiness, very soft, in magnificent fabrics. She was very happy and insisted that I pay close attention to the Karmapa. He was a very good and gentle child. He never got angry. He was always very kind with his parents.<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dechen Wangmo had a <strong>second son<\/strong>, S\u00f6nam Tsemo Rinpoche, recognized as the eighth reincarnation of the great master and one of the founding fathers of the Sakya tradition,<strong> the Ist S\u00f6nam Tsemo<\/strong> (1142-1182).\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Literally speaking, Karmapa means <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">the one who carries out the activity of all the buddhas<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> in order to help all beings. Lama Jigme Rinpoche explained in the teaching he gave in August 2019:<\/span><\/p><blockquote><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Karmapa is beyond our ordinary conception. He is not an ordinary individual like you and me. When we practice, the role of the blessing is crucial. It will have an effect on the way we see and understand things. The blessing originates from the quality of \u2018great beings.\u2019 When we practice, a contact is established between the quality of these \u2018great beings\u2019 and us. This contact is a support for our path. \u2018Great beings\u2019 refers to the bodhisattvas such as Gyalwa Karmapa or Chenrezig, meaning beings that are totally free from ignorance and whose only purpose is the benefit of every sentient life, whatever it may be.<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This principle of enlightenment and receptacle of a lineage is beyond our ordinary grasping. If his human form might lead one to see him as an individual, Himalayan practitioners know him as \u201cBuddha Karmapa\u201d (<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sangye Karmapa<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">). In the 12th century, the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.karmapa.org\/karma-kagyu\/lives\/1st-karmapa-dusum-khyenpa\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">first Karmapa<\/a>, D\u00fcsum Khyenpa, a disciple of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.karmapa.org\/karma-kagyu\/lives\/gampopa\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Gampopa<\/a>, prior to his death, described the circumstances of his rebirth. The second Karmapa, Karma Pakshi (1204\u20131283 CE) was recognized as his reincarnation and thus started the first tradition of reincarnated lamas of Tibet. Since then,<a href=\"https:\/\/www.karmapa.org\/karma-kagyu\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"> the Karmapas<\/a> have manifested themselves in an unbroken continuity of reincarnations up to the present day.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Historically,<strong> one of the Shamarpa\u2019s key responsibilities<\/strong> is to preserve the authenticity and purity of the Kagyu lineage, and in this capacity, find the Karmapa\u2019s genuine emanation. In 1996, during a Karma Kagyu gathering at the Karmapa International Buddhist Institute in New Delhi, Mipham Ch\u00f6kyi Lodr\u00f6, His Holiness the <strong>14th Kunzig Shamarpa explained<\/strong>, <\/span><\/p><blockquote><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The process of recognizing and identifying an incarnation is a purely spiritual practice. Recognizing incarnations is an enlightened activity.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: right;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">(<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tendrel 41, August 1996<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">)<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>This process<\/strong> began in 1986, when the Karmapa was only three years old.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">[2]<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> It involved indications from the <a href=\"http:\/\/dhagpo.org\/en\/18th-chogye-trichen-rinpoche-transmits-major-teachings-karmapa-dhagpo-kundreul-ling\/\">Sakya master Chogye Trichen Rinpoche<\/a>, from an accomplished spiritual disciple who had received a detailed prophecy from the 16th Karmapa about his future incarnation, as well as Shamarpa\u2019s intensive practice at the <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Jowo Zamling Karpo<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (Chenrezig statue) in Kathmandu and at the Tara statue in Pharping as well as a contemplative retreat. In the utmost discretion in light of the political situation, he also sent trustworthy teachers such as Lop\u00f6n Tsechu Rinpoche to Tibet to meet the child. Kunzig Shamarpa himself travelled incognito to Tibet in an attempt to meet the reincarnation but Chinese surveillance forbade him from approaching the young boy or his parents. <strong>On January 15, 1994, the 17th Karmapa escaped to India<\/strong>, a date that correlates with a prediction of the 16th Karmapa: <\/span><\/p><p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_testimonial _builder_version=\"4.27.4\" _module_preset=\"default\" global_colors_info=\"{}\"]<\/p><p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cI will not stay. Two months later, on<strong> March 17,<\/strong> Kunzig Shamarpa led a<strong> public recognition ceremony<\/strong> <strong>of Trinley Thaye Dorje in New Delhi<\/strong> and in 1996, at Bodhgaya, he performed the traditional hair-cutting ceremony for the 17th Karmapa.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">As a supreme <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">nirmanakaya, <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Karmapa is beyond the stage of training, but in order to accomplish the wellbeing of his disciples and all sentient beings, he followed an extensive training in both the sutric and tantric traditions of Buddha Dharma from prominent teachers such as K\u00fcnzig Shamarpa himself but also Topga Rinpoche, Professor Sempa Dorje and Khenpo Chrodrak Tenphel Rinpoche. <\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">He received the empowerments and transmissions due to his rank so as to continue the uninterrupted transmission of the Karma Kagyu lineage.
