Vom 8. bis 10. Mai 2026<\/a> setzte Thinley Rinpoche seine Unterweisungen zum \u201eSutra des Strebens nach vollendeten Wirken<\/em>\u201c fort. Es war bereits der vierte Kurs. Unter Ber\u00fccksichtigung der neu hinzugekommenen Teilnehmenden erl\u00e4uterte er die grundlegenden Elemente des buddhistischen Pfades, um unsere Praxis fruchtbar zu machen.<\/p>\n

Denn, so erkl\u00e4rte er, jeder Praxis<\/strong> liege derselbe Ansatz zugrunde: Unwissenheit und Verblendungen zu beseitigen und die urspr\u00fcngliche Natur unseres Geistes zu offenbaren.<\/p>\n

So betonte Thinley Rinpoche die Bedeutung des Mittleren Weges<\/strong>, die ethische Disziplin als Grundlage des Pfades, sowie die Wichtigkeit der richtigen Motivation, von Vertrauen und Unterscheidungsverm\u00f6gen, um den Geist auf das zu richten, was tugendhaft und heilsam ist.<\/p>\n

Nur wenn wir diese Grundlagen verstehen, k\u00f6nnen wir Wunschgebete mit der Motivation eines Bodhisattvas formulieren,<\/strong> damit diese zu einem Leitfaden von Leben zu Leben werden.<\/p>\n

Thinley Rinpoche r\u00e4umte in jeder Sitzung der Frage-Antwort-Runde einen besonderen Platz ein, wodurch das Retreat reich an Austausch, Reflexionen und Unterweisungen f\u00fcr eine authentische Praxis wurde, deren Ziel die vollkommene Erleuchtung, die Verwirklichung der wahren Natur des Geistes, ist.<\/p>\n

Du 8 au 10 mai 2026,<\/a> Thinley Rinpoch\u00e9 a poursuivi son enseignement sur le Soutra des aspirations \u00e0 la conduite excellente<\/em>. Prenant en compte la pr\u00e9sence de participants nouveaux \u00e0 cette quatri\u00e8me session, il a expos\u00e9 des \u00e9l\u00e9ments fondamentaux de la voie bouddhique afin que nous permettre de mener \u00e0 bien notre pratique.<\/p>

En effet, la m\u00eame approche, a-t-il expliqu\u00e9, sous-tend toute pratique : dissiper l\u2019ignorance et les afflictions et r\u00e9v\u00e9ler la nature originelle de notre esprit.<\/p>

Ainsi, Thinley Rinpoch\u00e9 a soulign\u00e9 le sens de la voie du milieu<\/strong> : la discipline \u00e9thique comme fondation du chemin, l\u2019importance d\u2019une motivation juste, de la confiance et du discernement pour orienter l\u2019esprit vers ce qui est vertueux et b\u00e9n\u00e9fique.<\/p>

C\u2019est en comprenant ces fondamentaux que nous pouvons formuler des aspirations<\/strong> avec la motivation du bodhisattva, afin qu\u2019elles deviennent un fil conducteur, de vie en vie.<\/p>

\u00c0 chaque session, Thinley Rinpoch\u00e9 a accord\u00e9 une place aux questions-r\u00e9ponses, rendant la retraite riche d\u2019\u00e9changes<\/strong>, de r\u00e9flexion et d\u2019instructions pour une pratique authentique dont le but est l\u2019\u00e9veil parfait, la r\u00e9alisation de la v\u00e9ritable nature de l\u2019esprit.<\/p>
