50 years – A day of practice to commemorate the first visit of the 17th Gyalwa Karmapa to Dhagpo Kagyu Ling

January 9, 2000: During His Inaugural European Trip, the 17th Karmapa Visits Dhagpo

To mark this date, we will gather in Dhagpo’s Institute to recite the Five Royal Sutras and the practice of Vajrasattva as requested by the 17th Karmapa, as well as the Sutra of Longevity.

 Lama Jigme Rinpoche will be present.

Schedule:

• 11:45 a.m. to 12:45  p.m. – Recitation of the Sutra of the three sections, Vajrasattva practice and Sutra of Longevity
• 4:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m – Recitation of the Five Royal Sutras and Vajrasattva practice
• 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. – Recitation of the Five Royal Sutras and Vajrasattva practice
