Update 11/01/2024 The methods taught by the Bouddha to liberate oneself from the suffering and its causes are multiple. The wishes to take rebirth in Dewatchen, the pure land of Amitabha, are a simple means and directly based on devotion for assembling the conditions of liberation at the moment of death.

This meditation and study course developed by Shamar Rinpoche has been guided by Lama Jigme Rinpoche for five years. The content of each meeting depends on the evolution of the participants’ practice.
