SUMMARY:Introduction to Lojong A Taste of Mind Training

If time permits\, he will also present Mind Training in a Single Session by Chim Namka Drak (1210–1285 CE)\, which introduces this specific meditation.\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Lama Jampa Thaye is a scholar and meditation master in the Sakya and Karma Kagyü traditions.
