DESCRIPTION:Sunday\, February 23–Thursday\, February 27 – 2:30 p.m – Temple \nProtector Ritual\nTraditionally\, the period around New Year’s is considered positive for the purification of mind’s veils and for spiritual accomplishments. During the five days preceding the Tibetan New Year\, we carry out the ritual dedicated to the Dharma Protectors. The goal of this practice is to purify the negativities of the past year. Practitioners are welcome to attend. \n			\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				Friday\, February 28 – See the day’s schedule \nTibetan New Year\, Year of the Wood Serpent\nThe day of the Tibetan New Year\, the first new moon of the year\, is a particularly important day for Dharma practice. \n			\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				Monday\, March 3 \nSmoke Purification Ritual\nTHeld on the fourth day of the New Year\, this ritual allows us to make offerings to all classes of beings in order to create positive conditions for the coming year. DESCRIPTION:Jigme Rinpoche guides this study and meditation curriculum laid out by Shamar Rinpoche for the sixth year.This curriculum is for all those who wish to deepen their practice and will allow them to progressively acquire the necessary foundations for training in Chenrezig meditation and\, one day\, actualizing it. \nThe cycle takes place over the course of three intensive annual retreats. It is made up of themes to learn and meditations to apply. Between courses\, participants are asked to train in applying the instructions they have received. SUMMARY:Introduction to the Sutra of Excellent Conduct Aspirations
DESCRIPTION:– Last update 02/01/2025 – \n			\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				Thaye Dorje\, His Holiness the 17th Gyalwa Karmapa\, explained the importance of the Five Royal Sutras\, which are paths of practice. Among them\, the Sutra of Excellent Conduct Aspirations\, also known as Samantabhadra’s Wishing Prayer\, represents the aspiration path. The bodhisattva Samantabhadra’s wishing prayers are a model for all to follow. Regularly recited by practitioners of all traditions\, they are a path that\, as Karmapa says\, “is a way of consciously dreaming.” \nTseyang Rinpoche introduce the second of the Five Royal Sutras. \n			\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				\n					\n					\n						\n						Tseyang Rinpoche\, fourth of this name\, is the tulku of a tibetan mahasiddha. In 1996 he was formally recognized by the XIV Shamar Rinpoché during the Kagyu Monlams in Bodhgaya. He finished his studies and obtained his certification from the Vikramashila Buddhist Institute. He also accomplished a traditional retreat of three years in Pharming (Nepal) and currently resides at St Jangchub Choling monastery in Pokhara\, the monastery of Shangpa Rinpoché. \n					\n				\n			\n			\n				\n				\n				\n				\n			\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				Information\nTeacher: Tseyang Rinpoche \nTranslation: This teaching is given in Tibetan and translated into French.
