SUMMARY:The center is in retreat
DESCRIPTION:During the month of January\, numerous students have the opportunity to acquire or deepen their knowledge of the Dharma in different centers around Europe. \nTHe 16th Gyalwa Karmapa and the 14th Shamar Rinpoche indicated various subjects and practices to allow for learning and integrating the Dharma in the West. Thanks to Jigme Rinpoche’s guidance and the lineage’s teachers coming from Asia\, students can discover the fundamental texts of Buddhist philosophy. \nAt Dhagpo Kagyu Ling\, the Institute’s students continue studying the Gyü Lama\, Treatise of the Supreme Continuity of the Great Vehicle\, composed by Maitreya and Asanga\, and will conclude the study of The Clarification of Reasoning\, composed by Yongzin Namgyal Drakpa. During this month of retreat\, there are also review sessions and meditation each day. \nThis retreat is part of the learning that takes place throughout the year through study and reflection\, which\, when combined with meditation and application\, becomes fertile ground for fruitful practice. \n			\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				Information\nDuring this period\, the daily practices are carried out. The temple and meditation garden remain accessible. The welcome office and the bookshop hours are adapted\, and it is not possible to take meals at the center. \nThe center reopens Friday\, January 30 at 2:30 pm.
