Meditation practices can be silent, recited or chanted and with or without musical accompaniment.<\/p>\n<p>The courses in <a href=\"https:\/\/dhagpo.org\/en\/programme\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Dhagpo\u2019s program<\/a> introduce us to these different meditation practices. Then it is possible to carry them out regularly, on our own or in a group, at home or at a center.
