He reiterated the importance of deeply understanding impermanence in our daily lives as the key to turning our mind towards the dharma and building our practice from within. By understanding the qualities of enlightenment, we will naturally turn towards the three jewels \u2013 the Buddha, Dharma and Sangha. Through the study of dharma and through meditation, we will find refuge in our enlightened nature, Rinpoche explained. Visualizing Vajradhara (Dorje Chang) \u2013 the embodiment of the three jewels \u2013 and the refuge tree, is a way to develop a pure view and transform our ordinary way of seeing the world. In addition to this, we must develop devotion, cultivate bodhicitta (enlightened mind) and purify negative deeds. Il a r\u00e9it\u00e9r\u00e9 l'importance de comprendre en profond\u00e9ment l'impermanence dans notre vie quotidienne comme \u00e9tant la cl\u00e9 pour tourner notre esprit vers le dharma et construire notre pratique de l'int\u00e9rieur.<\/p><p>En comprenant les qualit\u00e9s de l'\u00e9veil, nous nous tournerons naturellement vers les trois joyaux : le Bouddha, le Dharma et le Sangha. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l'\u00e9tude du dharma et \u00e0 la m\u00e9ditation, nous trouverons refuge dans notre nature \u00e9veill\u00e9e, a expliqu\u00e9 Rinpoch\u00e9. Visualiser <em>Vajradhara<\/em> (Dorje Chang) \u2013 l'incarnation des trois joyaux \u2013 et l'arbre du refuge est un moyen de d\u00e9velopper une vision pure et de transformer notre fa\u00e7on ordinaire de voir le monde. En outre, nous devons d\u00e9velopper la d\u00e9votion, cultiver la bodhicitta (l'esprit \u00e9veill\u00e9) et purifier les actions n\u00e9gatives. \u00c0 la suite du commentaire, Rinpoch\u00e9 a \u00e9galement donn\u00e9 une explication pr\u00e9cise des trois kayas du point de vue du sutrayana et des tantras.<\/p><p>Le dernier matin (23 ao\u00fbt), Rinpoch\u00e9 a guid\u00e9 plus de 500 pratiquants \u00e0 travers chaque \u00e9tape de l'initiation de Dorje Sempa (<em>Vajrasattva<\/em>) selon la tradition de Marpa Lotsawa, et a b\u00e9ni toutes les personnes pr\u00e9sentes avant de partir pour Dhagpo Kundreul Ling, o\u00f9 il a poursuivi son enseignement, en se concentrant sur la bodhicitta.<\/p><p>Lors de son s\u00e9jour, Jamgon Kongtrul Rinpoche a demand\u00e9 \u00e0 lama Jigm\u00e9 Rinpoch\u00e9 de lui transmettre l\u2019initiation du guru yoga du XV<sup>e<\/sup> Karmapa dont il est l\u2019un des derniers d\u00e9tenteurs.
