As Lama Jigme Rinpoche reminded us, this is a particularly auspicious month:<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>Indeed, in November 1977, His Holiness the 16th Karmapa Ranjung Rigpe Dorje visited Dordogne for the second time. On this occasion, he performed the extensive practice (<em>drupch\u00f6<\/em>) of Korlo Demchok on the C\u00f4te de Jor and signed the deed of donation of the land, which henceforth legally belongs to the Karma Kagyu Lama association. Several centuries earlier, the 1st Karmapa, D\u00fcsum Khenpa (1110-1193) performed the same gestures and spoke the same words in Tibet, when he founded Tsurphy Monastery, the seat of the Karmapas.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Jigme Rinpoche stressed the meaning of accomplishing this practice at Dhagpo Kagyu Ling in order to keep it alive, in connection to the history of the place. C\u2019est un mois particuli\u00e8rement auspicieux a rappel\u00e9 lama Jigm\u00e9 Rinpoch\u00e9 :<\/p><blockquote><p>En effet, c\u2019est en novembre 1977 que Sa Saintet\u00e9 le XVI\u1d49 Karmapa Ranjung Rigp\u00e9 Dorj\u00e9 se rend pour la deuxi\u00e8me fois en Dordogne, cette fois-ci pour accomplir la pratique extensive (<em>drupch\u00f6<\/em>) de Korlo Demchok sur la C\u00f4te de Jor et signer l\u2019acte de donation du terrain, qui appartient d\u00e9sormais l\u00e9galement \u00e0 l\u2019association Karma Kagy\u00fc Lama.
