Rinpoche encourages his students to observe how the sequence of our sensations, afflictive obscurations and actions create the causes of suffering. By cultivating the habit of bodhicitta, our perceptions will gradually change. <\/p>\n<p><strong>How?<\/strong> By observing the unfolding of this process through the practice of meditation and generosity, and by referring to the teachings when we encounter adverse conditions. In such a way, our mind will become happier, more equanimous, and more focused on the well-being of others.<\/p>\n<p>In addition, every afternoon, <strong>the Institute\u2019s students<\/strong> repeated the teaching given by Khenpo Ch\u00f6drak on dependent origination, based on Mipham Rinpoche\u2019s treatise, Entry to the State of a Pandita. Rinpoch\u00e9 encourage les \u00e9tudiants \u00e0 observer l\u2019encha\u00eenement des sensations, des obscurcissements affligeants et des actes qui cr\u00e9ent les causes de la souffrance. En cultivant l\u2019habitude de la <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">bodhicitta<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, nos perceptions vont graduellement changer. <\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Comment<\/strong> <strong>?<\/strong> En observant le d\u00e9ploiement de cet encha\u00eenement par la pratique de la m\u00e9ditation, en pratiquant la g\u00e9n\u00e9rosit\u00e9, et en nous r\u00e9f\u00e9rant aux enseignements lorsque nous rencontrons des conditions adverses.
