Many Dharma friends have asked how to support the families and communities affected by the floods in Nepal. Upon the advice of Lama Jigme Rinpoche, a joint relief effort is underway to which you may donate from Europe.
As the Gyalwa Karmapa counseled,<\/p>\n

NEPAL FLOOD RELIEF 2026 \u2014 UPDATE #1<\/span><\/strong>
JOINT STATEMENT<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n5 September 2026<\/p>\n
Sharminub Monastery, Karmapa Shamarnag Association, and Shree Karma Raja Mahavihar have come together to support families and communities affected by the floods in Rasuwa and surrounding regions.<\/p>\n
This joint relief effort was initiated following the advice of Kyabje Jigme Rinpoche, General Secretary to His Holiness Karmapa Trinley Thaye Dorje.<\/p>\n
We are deeply grateful to everyone who has donated and supported this effort. Our team has been procuring and preparing relief supplies, with distribution to affected communities beginning today. We will share updates and photos as the work progresses.<\/p>\n
We hope to reach and support as many affected families and communities as possible.<\/p>\n

Le monast\u00e8re de Sharminub<\/strong>, la Karmapa Shamarnag Association<\/strong> et Shree Karma Raja Mahavihar<\/strong> se sont unis afin de soutenir les familles et les communaut\u00e9s touch\u00e9es par les inondations dans la r\u00e9gion de Rasuwa et les zones environnantes.<\/p>
