In the early hours of Monday September 7, a soft melody could be heard coming from the site of the Institute\u2019s Residences<\/a>; the sounds of concrete mixers and hammers echoed once again across the construction site!<\/p>\n Companies were consulted throughout the summer and the negotiating phase is coming to an end<\/strong>. Once the numbers are finalized in mid-October, we will be able to announce the total provisional cost of the project. Some contracts have already been awarded, such as for the masonry that amounts to 149,000 euros for the entire construction.<\/p>\n This marks the launch of the second phase<\/strong>. The walls and all the elevations are currently being erected on the south wing of Residences. As soon as they are finished, in early November 2026, timber framing work will begin while walls will continue to be mounted on the other sides of the Residences. Masonry work is expected to be completed in early December 2026.<\/p>\n The project of the Institute\u2019s Residences continues to anchor the Buddha Dharma in the West <\/a>by offering an environment
