She was 72 years old.<\/p>\n<p>For some time, Mich\u00e8le\u2014anila Drolma\u2014had been greatly weakened by illness. Home hospitalization had been arranged, and members of the community took turns around the clock at her bedside. Lama Jigme Rinpoche had encouraged us to be by her side in a natural and simple way, reciting mantras or practicing in silence. The day before her passing, Nedo Rinpoche, who is currently at Dhagpo, visited her to offer prayers by her side; before he left, Mich\u00e8le was able to express a few words of thanks to him.<\/p>\n<p>A devoted practitioner of touching simplicity, Mich\u00e8le had been a resident at Dhagpo for over forty years. For a time, she served Lama Gendun Rinpoche. She was one of the five nuns who joined the first traditional three-year, three-month, three-day retreat at Dhagpo Kundreul Ling, which began in March 1984. Upon her return to Dhagpo Kagyu Ling in 1987, she devoted herself entirely to the center\u2019s activities. In particular, she was one of the first pillars of the hospitality team, retaining a vivid memory of the names of countless visitors.<\/p>\n<p>She had assiduously followed the Summer University with Khenpo Ch\u00f6drak Rinpoche that began in 1994 at Dhagpo, and had a particular interest in Shantideva\u2019s <em>Bodhicaryavatara<\/em> (<em>The Way of the Bodhisattva<\/em>), attending its restitution at Dhagpo over a ten-year period.Prayers for the deceased have been offered at her bedside since her passing. Elle \u00e9tait \u00e2g\u00e9e de 72 ans.<\/p><p>Depuis quelque temps, Mich\u00e8le \u2013 anila Drolma \u2013 \u00e9tait tr\u00e8s affaiblie par la maladie. Une hospitalisation \u00e0 domicile avait \u00e9t\u00e9 organis\u00e9e et des membres de la communaut\u00e9 se relayaient 24 heures sur 24 \u00e0 son chevet. Lama Jigm\u00e9 Rinpoch\u00e9 nous avait encourag\u00e9s \u00e0 \u00eatre \u00e0 ses c\u00f4t\u00e9s de fa\u00e7on naturelle et simple, \u00e0 r\u00e9citer des mantras ou \u00e0 pratiquer en silence. La veille de son d\u00e9c\u00e8s, Nendo Rinpoch\u00e9, actuellement \u00e0 Dhagpo, lui a rendu visite pour accomplir des pri\u00e8res \u00e0 ses c\u00f4t\u00e9s et, avant son d\u00e9part, Mich\u00e8le a pu lui adresser quelques mots de remerciements.<\/p><p>Pratiquante assidue, d\u2019une touchante simplicit\u00e9, Mich\u00e8le \u00e9tait r\u00e9sidente \u00e0 Dhagpo depuis plus de quarante ans. Pendant quelque temps, elle a \u00e9t\u00e9 au service de lama Guendune Rinpoch\u00e9. Elle est l\u2019une des cinq moniales qui ont int\u00e9gr\u00e9 la premi\u00e8re retraite traditionnelle de trois ans, trois mois, trois jours, qui avait d\u00e9but\u00e9 en mars 1984 \u00e0 Dhagpo Kundreul Ling. De retour \u00e0 Dhagpo Kagyu Ling en 1987, elle \u00e9tait depuis enti\u00e8rement au service de l\u2019activit\u00e9. Elle \u00e9tait notamment un des premiers piliers de l\u2019accueil, gardant une m\u00e9moire vive du nom de tr\u00e8s nombreux visiteurs.<\/p><p>Des pri\u00e8res pour les d\u00e9funts sont accomplies \u00e0 son chevet depuis son d\u00e9c\u00e8s.
