There are various methods for training the mind, but all require a foundational understanding of how it functions. Khenpo Mriti will introduce us to the mental events based on the Abhidharma of the great vehicle and the Abhidharma of the foundational vehicle. <\/p>\n

The first day will be dedicated to the origins of the Abhidharma, and the second and third days will be dedicated to studying the mental events. Khenpo<\/em> Mriti<\/span> is a PhD candidate from McGill University, currently writing his dissertation, which focuses on Buddhist psychology in the Tibetan Abhidharma Tradition.<\/p>\n

L\u2019Abhidharma pr\u00e9sente les fonctionnements de l\u2019esprit humain du point de vue bouddhique. Il existe diverses m\u00e9thodes pour entrainer l\u2019esprit, mais toutes requi\u00e8rent une compr\u00e9hension fondamentale de ses fonctionnements.<\/p>\r\n

En se basant sur l\u2019Abhidharma du grand v\u00e9hicule et l\u2019Abhidharma du v\u00e9hicule fondamental, khenpo<\/em> Mriti introduit aux \u00e9v\u00e9nements de l\u2019esprit. Le premier jour sera consacr\u00e9 aux origines de l'Abhidharma ; les deuxi\u00e8me et troisi\u00e8me jours seront d\u00e9di\u00e9s \u00e0 l'\u00e9tude des \u00e9v\u00e9nements de l\u2019esprit.
