After a rich and joyful summer, the team will take a few days off to rest. This will be followed by a community retreat to cultivate meditative practice together. Lama Jigme Rinpoche will decide on the practice program. We will conclude this period with the fall meetings during which we discuss topics linked to the Center\u2019s activity.<\/p>\n
These annual meetings enable the Institute\u2019s students to nurture common values based on the Buddha\u2019s teachings, through learning, meditation and daily application.<\/p>\n
The Center reopens on Tuesday, October 1 at

Durant cette p\u00e9riode, l\u2019\u00e9quipe des b\u00e9n\u00e9voles qui assure le quotidien du centre prend quelques jours de repos, apr\u00e8s un programme d\u2019\u00e9t\u00e9 riche et r\u00e9jouissant.<\/p>
Ensuite, un temps de retraite communautaire est pr\u00e9vu, afin de cultiver la pratique m\u00e9ditative en groupe ; ce temps de retraite, dont le programme sera propos\u00e9 par lama Jigm\u00e9 Rinpoch\u00e9, est ouvert \u00e0 tous les \u00e9tudiants de l\u2019Institut.<\/p>
Nous terminerons ce temps communautaire avec des r\u00e9unions d\u2019automne, lors desquelles nous aborderons des sujets li\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019activit\u00e9 du centre.<\/p>
Ces rencontres annuelles permettent aux \u00e9tudiants de l\u2019Institut de cultiver des valeurs communes bas\u00e9es sur l\u2019enseignement du Bouddha, \u00e0 travers l\u2019apprentissage, la m\u00e9ditation et leur mise en \u0153uvre au quotidien.<\/p>
