Based on a progressive process made up of teachings, guided meditations, and opportunities for exchange, Lama Jigme Rinpoche shows us how we can start with ourselves to cultivate the qualities that enrich our daily lives and support the path to liberation. He received the entirety of his spiritual education from the 16th Karmapa, Rangjung Rigpe Dorje, who he stayed with for numerous years of his training. After fifty years of tireless activity to make the Buddha\u2019s message accessible in Europe, Rinpoche has acquired a thorough knowledge of Westerners. His example and his accessible teaching inspire all those who meet him around the world. He is the 16th Karmapa\u2019s representative in Europe and the author of numerous works.
