Si ten\u00e9is un peque\u00f1o momento, cinco minutos, tratad de desarrollar esta bodichita, la paz y la compasi\u00f3n. No importa si es de d\u00eda o de noche, siempre tratad de encontrar tiempo para generar la bodichita. Adem\u00e1s \u2013a\u00f1adi\u00f3\u2013, debemos tener la motivaci\u00f3n de ayudar a todos los seres. No debemos temer al esfuerzo y debemos ser pacientes frente a todas las dificultades que podamos encontrar desarrollando la capacidad de ayudar a los seres sensibles. Para liberarnos del sufrimiento, debemos cortar de ra\u00edz la ignorancia, y as\u00ed podremos alcanzar la felicidad \u00faltima. Esta felicidad s\u00f3lo puede obtenerse con la ayuda de las Tres Joyas, cuya protecci\u00f3n siempre est\u00e1 presente. Si pedimos su protecci\u00f3n, las Tres Joyas nos ayudan a generar amor y compasi\u00f3n. Estas intenciones son necesarias para alcanzar la budeidad. Incluso si en la pr\u00e1ctica no podemos hacer ese intercambio, debemos tener la intenci\u00f3n de hacerlo.<\/p>\n<p><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El amor y la compasi\u00f3n se desarrollan sobre la base de una \u00abforma de ver las cosas no ordinaria\u00bb, como la comprensi\u00f3n de que los seres act\u00faan bajo el dominio de pasiones intensas y generan actos negativos que no debemos alimentar con m\u00e1s odio o aversi\u00f3n.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p><em><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Este camino implica estudio y reflexi\u00f3n. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Para cruzar el oc\u00e9ano del samsara, debemos escuchar, reflexionar y meditar sobre el Dharma, y hacerlo con perseverancia, d\u00eda y noche, en todo momento\u00bb, <\/span><\/em><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">explic\u00f3 el Karmapa.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><em><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">No debemos practicar el Dharma o tomar refugio \u00fanicamente por creencia, sino a trav\u00e9s de nuestro conocimiento y comprensi\u00f3n, tras analizar las ense\u00f1anzas del Buda. Por eso, es muy importante analizar las ense\u00f1anzas de Buda para ver por uno mismo su validez. Tras realizar brillantes estudios y adquirir una gran erudici\u00f3n en las cinco ciencias, los sutras y los tantras, pas\u00f3 la mayor parte de su tiempo en retiro, siendo la pureza de su renuncia al mundo igualada s\u00f3lo por la vastedad de su conocimiento.
